Our philosophy at Innove Chiro & Rehab is simple. We view human health and movement through an ancestral lens. By nature, our bodies are designed to be perfect when provided the right stimuli. When we are repetitively introduced to something that isn’t natural (poor posture from technology, sedentary lifestyle, processed foods, etc.), our function is negatively affected causing pain, inflammation, and increased risk of injury.
By restoring proper movement patterns and improving musculoskeletal imbalances (posture and muscle tension), we are able to break the cycle of pain and discomfort. Once this cycle is broken it allows for more fluid, natural, and pain free movement; which eventually creates a new cycle of optimal health building upon itself.
